Clean Slate Waxing Lounge is locally owned and operated by Marilyn, RN, LA, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Her passion for skin health, client safety, and thoughtful care inspired the opening of Clean Slate's first location in Austin in 2016. With the continued support of our loyal clients and dedicated team, Clean Slate has two Central Texas locations, Austin and Georgetown. Each space is designed to feel like a peaceful retreat, where thoughtful details create a calm, welcoming escape.
At Clean Slate, we believe self-care should feel both indulgent and intentional. Our services extend beyond waxing and include custom skincare treatments, natural nails, brows and lashes, massage therapy, and infrared sauna sessions, all thoughtfully tailored to support your individual needs. We take great pride in the details. From the high-quality products we use to our strict cleanliness and sterilization standards, every aspect of your experience is carefully considered. Most importantly, our team is here to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can relax, feel cared for, and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and renewed.

Memberships
Three month minimum, then cancel in person with 15 days notice before your draft date. Unused visits roll over, and friends and family get 20% off up to four times a year.
Use your monthly credit on any service. Nails one month, massage the next, or a couple of services that add up to the value. Go over and you pay the difference.

Membership math
Pick what you normally book and how often you come. We add up a year at walk-in prices, then name the tier whose monthly value covers it.
The service you pick is only an example. Your monthly credit works toward any service, and you pay the difference if you go over.
At that rate you spend about $910 a year. Paying per visit costs less than a membership.
Memberships start at $99 a month. Add a second service each month and one starts to pay off.

Their Austin location is lovely, beautifully decorated, and clean, and I have always liked every aesthetican who has worked with me. Even though Clean Slate is not the closest wax place to me, I much prefer it.
