Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time to fill out a new client intake form. A valid credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to best accommodate all clients needs, Clean Slate Waxing Lounge requires:

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24-hours of appointment, that is less than one hour will result in a charge of 50% of the total services scheduled.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 48-hours of appointment, that is one hour or more in duration will result in a charge of 50% of the total services scheduled.
A "No Call No Show" will result in a charge of 100% of the total services scheduled. We appreciate all assistance in providing our service providers sufficient notice of any changes to scheduled appointment times. All pricing subject to change.
Upon booking, a 25% deposit is required for all services at time of booking.
