Straight answers
Back and shoulders is under an hour. A brow wax is fifteen minutes. A facial or a sixty minute massage runs the time on the menu.
Four to six weeks, against a couple of days from a razor. It gets easier each time because the hair comes back finer. Shaving in between resets it.
A facial built around the skin under a beard, which is usually drier and more congested than the rest of your face. Cleanse, exfoliate, steam, extraction where it is needed, then a conditioning treatment.
For waxing, let it grow to about a quarter inch and skip the razor for two to three weeks. Shower before you come and go light on lotion that day.
Skip heat and friction for the first day. No sauna, no gym, no direct sun. Your provider will tell you when to start exfoliating.
Walk-ins are welcome when we can fit you in. Appointments are preferred. Book online and pick your provider. Tell us if it is your first visit and your provider will walk you through the steps before anything starts.
Same three tiers as everyone else. Your monthly credits work toward any service. Get waxed one month and book a massage the next, or mix a couple of services that add up to the monthly value. If you go over, you pay the difference. If you are coming in monthly it costs less than paying per visit.

Pick your lounge, pick your provider, and keep the same one every time.
