Marilyn is the owner and founder of Clean Slate Waxing Lounge. She became an Esthetician in 2005 and quickly discovered her love for waxing and skincare. Over the years she has perfected her waxing techniques and takes great pride in providing each and every client with flawless results. She can give you the perfect Brazilian in under 10 minutes! Marilyn works in the treatment room at all 3 of her locations.
She became a Registered Nurse in 2014 and worked full time at a hospital and continued to work as an Esthetician. In 2016, Marilyn and her husband fulfilled a dream of theirs and opened the doors of Clean Slate Waxing Lounge. Through continuing education and training, Marilyn and her team are kept up to date on the ever evolving skincare industry. In her spare time she loves traveling with her husband and their two children.

Lairen has been in the aesthetic industry for 5 years. She is incredibly passionate about helping others achieve their aesthetic goals! Her background consists of working closely with board certified dermatologists, performing a range of laser based modalities to optimize results, and medspa management. She continues to add product & service knowledge to her professional arsenal and strives to create a positive experience while providing exceptional service. In her spare time, she loves doing yoga, spending time with family & friends and traveling!

Venisa has over 10 years of experience in the spa industry as an Esthetician, where she developed a deep passion for skincare and working closely with clients. After undergoing her
own healing journey, she also discovered a love for overall wellness. Her philosophy is simple:
wellness combined with good skincare, translates to healthy, glowing, beautiful skin. She finds the skincare industry exciting and enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with others, often raving about
her favorite products and services.

Brianna has worked in the beauty industry for 8 years. She loves making people not only feel good about themselves but also beautiful. With her main focus in the beauty industry being makeup she has passionately worked behind the scenes for movies, photo shoots, runway, weddings and counter makeup at MAC Cosmetics. Her favorite thing to use her skills in, is Halloween makeup. She loves staying active with going to the gym, hiking, hunting and traveling. She loves helping people achieve their goals in wellness and making them feel good inside and out.

Christina enjoys working the front desk at the spa because it gives her the chance to connect with people every day and help set the tone for their visit. She loves greeting guests with a warm welcome and making sure everything feels smooth, relaxing, and stress-free from the moment they arrive. Outside of work, Christina is passionate about makeup and fitness, which inspires her to bring a sense of self-care and confidence into everything she does. Whether she is trying out a new makeup look, hitting the gym, or spending time outdoors hiking, She enjoys finding balance and taking care of both body and mind. That same passion carries into my role at the spa, where she loves helping guests feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to enjoy their time of relaxation.

Danielle has been working as a cosmetologist in the beauty industry since 2022, specializing in hair. While she finds fulfillment in helping clients look and feel their best, she is now eager to broaden her expertise by pursuing an esthetician license. With a growing passion for skincare, Danielle is excited to shift her focus toward all things skin and continue her professional growth in the field.Danielle is a passionate and people-oriented individual who brings warmth, curiosity, and creativity to every environment. A proud Libra, she thrives on connection and harmony, often finding common ground through meaningful conversations-sometimes sparked by astrology or a shared love of the outdoors. Sandra has been in the beauty industry for over 7 years. She moved to the Austin area in 2017 for cosmetology school. She has been lash artist since 2018. Sandra loves making people feel beautiful about themselves. She loves growing in this industry and always improving her education. Amy Jo is originally from Western Massachusetts and made Texas her home in 2008. After dedicating 24 years to a career in nursing, she transitioned into a new path near the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is the proud mother of two grown daughters and a devoted dog lover. In her free time, Amy Jo enjoys staying active through softball, paddle boarding, hiking, and weightlifting.

Sarah is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist known for her professional versatility. Karen’s passion for skin care and beauty runs deep, it didn’t take long after starting her makeup artistry career for her to learn how skin care and makeup went hand in hand; she learned that the best results for a flawless makeup started with healthy skin. It was 2020 when she decided to go to esthetician school and became an esthetician in 2021. After running into the world of esthetics, she has always strived to give people the results they are looking for, with their targeted skin treatments and waxing. Karen loves everything about the esthetics world, but the relationship she builds with people while having the opportunity to educate them is one of the things she loves most about this industry.

Stacy began her esthetics career in 2010 in upstate New York after leaving the corporate world to pursue her true passion. After five years in an upscale spa, she traded snowy winters for sunny Austin in 2015. With a love for all things skincare, waxing, and lashes, Stacy’s goal is to help every client look and feel their best. She believes when you look good, you feel good—and she’s honored to be trusted with her clients’ self-care. Outside of the treatment room, Stacy enjoys cooking, dancing, reading, traveling, kayaking, and spending time with loved ones.

Robin has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2014. Over the course of her career she has gone on to acquire her instructor's license and laser technician certification, and has practiced in a variety of settings in the Austin area including wax bars, day spas, and medi-spas. She specializes in quick and painless wax services, brow shaping, and facial treatments tailored to fit individual clients' needs.

Avery has been a licensed esthetician since 2022, She has dedicated the past three years to refining her craft through hands-on experience and continued education. She takes pride in being detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven. Her approach combines personalized care with a strong emphasis on client education, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to meet individual skincare goals and deliver visible, lasting results. Averys passion for skincare began at an early age, driven by her own personal challenges with skin health. These formative experiences not only deepened her curiosity about skincare but also sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others feel confident and empowered in their own skin. After graduating early from high school, she pursued this passion by enrolling in beauty school at Paul Mitchell in 2022. In addition to her work as an Esthetician, Avery is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Natural Medicine to deepen her expertise in holistic wellness and broaden the scope of care I provide. Her work is guided by empathy, integrity, and a true passion for making others look and feel their best. For her, skincare is more than a profession—it’s a calling rooted in care, connection, and transformation.

Dessiny is a licensed esthetician with over 15 years in the beauty industry. She began her journey in makeup artistry and gained a passion for all things esthetics. She is born and raised in Austin, Texas but has lived in the “Texas Big 3” (Houston, Dallas, & Austin)! She enjoys fashion, art, & wellness. In her spare time, she loves practicing yoga &  spending time with family and friends.

Sierra has been an Esthetician since 2020. She has known for a long time how much she loves the industry, from dabbling in fun makeup to creating a full skincare routine and getting facials regularly, It’s her thing! Sierra strives to help others with their skin and their confidence, because she knows from personal experience what a difference it makes. Sierra is happily married with a baby kitty, and enjoys spending her free time watching movies and traveling with the two of them.

Triona has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2006.
Born in Canada, Triona has more than 20 years experience in the beauty industry, Triona’s passion is helping each individual discover their own personal needs. Eden is passionate about educating her clients on skincare and finding them skincare regimens completely customized to their skin and lifestyle and she's a friend to all!

Ariana has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2020. She got into esthetics to help make people feel more beautiful and the help educate them on their skin. Her expertise is in waxing and all things skin! Fun fact about Ariana, she’s lived in 7 different states in her life. In her spare time she loves to bake, play golf, do pilates, and take naps with her kitty. Her dream is to travel the world.
